Terms & Conditions

Billing and Commitment

  • Memberships are billed automatically each month

  • 3 month minimum commitment, after that memberships continue month to month

  • You may cancel anytime after the first 3 months with 2 weeks written notice prior to your next billing date

Using your Services

  • Unused services roll over for one month and then expire

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member

  • We recommend booking early to secure your preferred times

  • Standard 24 hr. cancellation policy applies to all member appointments

Pausing your Membership

  • You may pause once per year for up to 60 days with at least 2 weeks written notice prior to your next billing date​.

 

Perks & Discounts

  • Members receive discounts on selected services, add-ons and retail items (exclusions may apply)

  • Gratuity is not included in membership pricing

Updates & Adjustments

  • Membership pricing and perks may occasionally updated. Members will receive 30 days written notice prior to changes.
